FungiNetDB hosts metadata and uniformly pre-processed datasets, which allow to explore fungal pathogenicity and host responses. These datasets were created by the FungiNet consortium and are completed by public data from the GEO database. FungiNetDB provides the possibility to browse through all experiments or to search for specific experimental details like organism and strain, treatment or experimental technique. For most experiments, statistical data like fold changes or p-values are available that can be visualized in tables or plots. Furthermore, differentially regulated genes can be displayed and filtered by using different measures or statistical tests.
